1. Availability
A colour may remain available in the design tools even when it cannot currently be ordered. Purchase availability depends on the specific garment quality, colour and size. Saving a design or putting it in a basket does not reserve stock.
The initial operational proposal is dispatch to supported Netherlands addresses. The final supported destinations and charges must be shown before payment. Geographic availability must be reviewed against applicable EU rules; a delivery-area limit is not a blanket permission to discriminate by nationality.
2. Price and timing
Your order shows the garment and print price separately from delivery. The workbook's €6.95 domestic one-item delivery charge is a planning figure, not a verified carrier tariff or a live promise. The accepted checkout total controls the order.
Production starts after the order is accepted, payment is confirmed, stock is reserved and the artwork passes the necessary checks. The launch target under evaluation is 3 to 5 business days for production plus the carrier's quoted transit time. A target becomes a customer commitment only when supported operationally and displayed in the accepted order.
We notify you of a material delay and explain your options. We do not silently replace the chosen garment, colour or quality. For trader sales, statutory delivery and cancellation rights remain available.
3. Tracking and problems
Tracking is provided when a tracked service is used. A tracking label being created does not mean the parcel has been handed to the carrier. Contact [support email to be confirmed] for missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries.
Check your address before ordering and contact us immediately if it is wrong. We explain any necessary redelivery charge before requesting agreement. A carrier investigation does not remove the seller's obligation to provide the remedies required by law.
