Can I use EazyThreads for free?
Yes. Use the Design Studio, open your store and publish your designs without a subscription. You only pay when purchasing clothing or an available paid offer.
What is the difference between tokens and boosts?
AI tokens generate artwork. Product boosts promote a single published product; collection boosts promote a group of products. They are separate benefits. Use an available allowance from the boosts screen. Boost purchases will be added later.
When can I get the new membership benefits?
Starter, Creator and Studio are upcoming memberships. They cannot be purchased yet. Administrators can assign test boost access; clothing discounts are not active. Existing token memberships continue under their current terms.
Can I cancel my membership?
Existing subscribers can manage their membership, invoices and cancellation from Manage billing. Your current subscription terms and billing period apply.
