1. Who operates the platform
EazyThreads is operated by [owner name to be confirmed], trading as Obiitronics, a Dutch sole proprietorship. Business address: [address to be confirmed]. KVK number: [kvk to be confirmed]. VAT identification number: [vat id to be confirmed]. Contact: [support email to be confirmed] or [phone to be confirmed].
These terms govern your use of the EazyThreads website, account, design tools and marketplace. A garment purchase is a separate agreement with the seller identified before payment. Obiitronics supplies its own subscriptions, AI credits and promotions under the Digital purchases terms. When a listing identifies Obiitronics as seller, Obiitronics is also responsible for that garment sale.
2. Accounts and eligibility
The proposed initial selling service is for people aged 18 or older and businesses based in the Netherlands, subject to identity and payment-provider approval. Creating a design or draft does not make a seller eligible to receive orders. Any expansion of the service will be announced separately.
Provide accurate account information, protect your login and notify us of suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity you authorise, but this does not make you liable for failures attributable to us. Do not impersonate another person, evade a suspension, create accounts to abuse trial credits or interfere with other users.
3. Designs and intellectual property
You retain the rights you hold in your uploads and designs. You give us a non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce and adapt their format as needed to run the tools, show your chosen public content and perform orders you authorise. This licence does not transfer ownership or allow unrelated resale of your artwork.
Private drafts are not authorised for public advertising. Separate permission is required to use a private draft, your personal endorsement or a creator portrait in a marketing campaign. Deleting content ends future use except for existing orders, dispute evidence and retention required by law.
Upload and publish only content for which you have the necessary rights, including trademarks, fonts, artwork and identifiable people. AI output is not guaranteed to be unique, copyrightable or free of third-party rights. You must review it before publication. The Content policy explains prohibited uses and reporting.
4. Marketplace roles
The creator named on a garment listing is its seller unless the listing says that Obiitronics is the seller. Obiitronics may print, pack and ship the garment and provide customer support on that seller's behalf. The seller's name and status, applicable terms, total price and delivery information must be shown before an order is placed.
We do not guarantee that using the marketplace will produce sales or income. A paid boost purchases the visibility service described in its offer. It does not purchase a sales result. Our Discovery and promotions page explains ranking and promotion labels.
5. Availability and changes
We maintain the service with reasonable care. Maintenance, provider failures or security incidents may temporarily affect access. Save an export of important original artwork. This recommendation does not exclude our responsibility for a failure to provide an agreed service.
We explain material changes before they affect an existing paid agreement and provide the cancellation or other rights required by law. For business sellers, the additional notice and termination provisions in the Seller agreement apply. A newly displayed price applies to a new purchase, not retrospectively to a confirmed order.
6. Moderation and account closure
We may restrict content or an account for unlawful content, fraud, serious security risk, repeated infringement or a material breach of these terms. We consider the seriousness, available evidence and less restrictive measures. Except where law, security or an urgent risk prevents it, we explain the reason and how to challenge the decision.
You may request closure of your account. Closing an account does not cancel an existing order, erase a debt, remove statutory retention obligations or by itself cancel an external payment subscription. We must provide an accessible way to manage subscriptions and settle any outstanding balance before completing closure.
7. Responsibility and disputes
Each party is responsible for its own acts and contractual obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional wrongdoing or other non-excludable harm. We remain responsible for our own platform and production services.
Contact [support email to be confirmed] with a complaint. We will acknowledge it and explain the next step. Dutch law applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection that applies under the law of their habitual residence. Consumers retain the right to use the courts available to them under applicable law.
