1. Finding products and collections
Search and filters narrow the available products and collections by the selected category and matching information. Recommended discovery may combine relevance, recency, availability, diversity of creators and paid placements. The exact launch weighting must match the released system and be explained when material changes occur.
Organic products and collections remain eligible without a paid pack. Collection cards and product cards are different content types. The marketplace must not present an illustrative sample as a real seller's sales record or imply unavailable stock can be bought.
2. Paid visibility
A product boost and a collection boost are separate offers. A label such as Promoted identifies paid influence near the relevant card. Where required, the sponsor and the party funding the promotion are identified. A subscription-included boost is still a promotion and is labelled accordingly.
A boost gives the visibility service described in the accepted offer, subject to eligibility and moderation. It does not guarantee a sale, profit or exclusive access to the top of the page. Organic entries continue to appear among promoted content.
3. Designers and reviews
A section described as this week's top designers must use a stated, genuine recent metric such as completed sales over the preceding seven days, with cancellations and abuse excluded as appropriate. If that evidence is unavailable, it must use a truthful editorial label rather than invent a ranking.
Reviews must not be fabricated or purchased as undisclosed endorsements. The interface explains whether and how a purchase is verified. Moderation may remove unlawful or irrelevant material but must not selectively suppress legitimate criticism solely because it is negative.
