Review version 2026-10-08-draft-1Prepared 8 October 2026
Draft · not yet in forceThis is a launch document awaiting business details, professional review and the services it describes. Bracketed fields are unconfirmed. Proposed policies do not describe an already activated service.

1. Your supplier and the offer

Obiitronics, operated by [owner name to be confirmed] at [address to be confirmed], supplies EazyThreads memberships, AI credits and boosts. Contact [support email to be confirmed]. Before purchase, the offer must state the price including applicable taxes, billing frequency, included benefits, duration and any limits or expiry.

Only benefits expressly included in a purchasable offer are sold. A preview marked upcoming is not an entitlement. A product boost promotes one product; a collection boost promotes one eligible collection. One does not include the other unless the offer expressly says so.

2. AI credits

Credits are a measure of usage within the EazyThreads generation tools. They are not money, cannot be transferred to another person, cannot be paid out to a seller account and do not bear interest. The number required for a generation must be shown before you confirm it.

We reserve the stated credits for a request. If the service fails to supply the promised result, the reserved credits are restored or another appropriate remedy is provided. A result you simply dislike is not necessarily a technical failure, but statutory rights for a defective digital service are unaffected.

The proposed launch policy is no expiry for purchased top-up credits while the service operates. Any subscription-credit reset or carry-over rule must be stated before purchase and reflected in the balance. Closing an account or ending the service does not automatically remove any statutory refund right.

3. Monthly memberships

A monthly membership renews monthly until cancelled. The offer must identify the monthly price and when billing begins. The proposed policy permits cancellation of the next renewal at any time through Plans and Benefits, with access continuing through the paid period, subject to any stronger statutory right.

Clothing discounts, if offered, must state the percentage, monthly cap, eligible products and whether shipping is excluded. Included product and collection boosts must be listed separately with duration, reset date and carry-over rules. A benefit may not be sold before the system can deliver it.

For a price or material benefit change, we give reasonable advance notice and the cancellation rights required by law. A cancellation confirmation should state the date on which charges and benefits end.

4. Boost delivery

Before buying a boost, choose the eligible product or collection and review the start date, duration, price and placement description. A promotion is visibly labelled. We retain room for ordinary listings and do not guarantee sales or a fixed rank throughout the whole feed.

The proposed remedy for a platform failure that prevents an accepted boost from running is an equivalent extension or a proportionate refund, as appropriate and without limiting statutory rights. If a listing is removed for a seller breach, we explain the remaining service and refund consequences rather than applying an undisclosed forfeiture.

5. Withdrawal and starting immediately

Consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases. The applicable treatment depends on whether the offer is a service, digital content or a mixed package. Buying credits or subscribing does not by itself waive that right.

For a service started during that period, any request to start early and acknowledgement of the relevant consequences must be separate and informed. A proportionate charge on withdrawal is made only where legally permitted. For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, loss of withdrawal rights requires the legally required prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. A blanket no-refund checkbox is not sufficient.

Before launch, the checkout must offer the appropriate choices and send a durable confirmation. Until those choices and the refund procedure are implemented and reviewed, new paid purchases remain closed.

6. Support

Contact [support email to be confirmed] with the payment reference and the affected benefit. Never send full card details or banking credentials. Managing an existing subscription must remain possible even when new purchases are paused. Nothing here removes legal remedies for a service that is not supplied or does not conform to the agreement.
