Content rights and reporting

What can be published, how to report infringement or unsafe content, and how moderation decisions can be challenged.

Review version 2026-10-08-draft-1Prepared 8 October 2026
Draft · not yet in forceThis is a launch document awaiting business details, professional review and the services it describes. Bracketed fields are unconfirmed. Proposed policies do not describe an already activated service.

1. Content rules

Do not publish counterfeit goods, artwork you have no right to reproduce, unlawfully used personal images, illegal hate content, threats, child sexual exploitation material, fraud or other unlawful content. Do not make unsubstantiated medical, environmental or product-safety claims. The same rules apply to AI-assisted designs.

An asset being available on the internet or in an editor does not prove it is licensed for merchandise resale. Creators must follow any asset or font licence restrictions. Obiitronics must also verify the commercial licences of the assets it supplies in the editor.

2. Report a concern

Send a report to [support email to be confirmed] with the exact listing or content URL, the reason you believe it is unlawful or unsafe, enough supporting information to assess it, and your contact details where appropriate. For an intellectual-property complaint, identify the protected work or mark and your authority to report it. State in good faith that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Do not attach unnecessary identity information. Certain reports involving child sexual abuse material may be submitted without identifying the reporter as permitted by applicable law. An accessible electronic notice form and acknowledgement process must be operational at launch.

3. Review and decisions

We assess reports promptly, objectively and with attention to urgency. A credible immediate safety risk may require temporary restriction while we investigate. Where appropriate and lawful, we notify the affected seller, explain the decision and identify the relevant rule and available challenge route.

You may challenge a moderation decision through [support email to be confirmed]. The proposed internal appeal window is six months after the decision, without limiting any longer statutory right or court remedy. A reviewer considers the evidence and corrects errors. If a legal duty prevents disclosure of some information, we explain that limitation where permitted.

Repeated manifestly abusive reports or repeated unlawful uploads may result in proportionate restrictions after assessment and warning where appropriate. We do not promise to approve or remove content solely because a report has been filed.
