1. Your seller and contract
Before payment, the listing and checkout identify the seller's legal name, contact information and whether they sell as a trader or a private individual. A store nickname alone does not identify the contracting seller. Obiitronics operates the marketplace and may manufacture and deliver the item for that seller.
Consumer rights associated with purchases from a trader do not automatically apply to a purchase from a genuinely private seller. A seller's declaration does not override their actual legal status. The proposed EazyThreads standard-item return promise described below is contractual and applies to participating sellers, including private sellers. Statutory rights always take precedence.
Your order is an offer to purchase the item on the terms displayed at checkout. The contract is formed when the seller, through EazyThreads, sends an explicit order acceptance. A payment-provider receipt or automated acknowledgement alone is not acceptance. If an order cannot be accepted, an authorisation must be released or a captured payment refunded promptly.
2. Product information and total price
Check the garment type, quality option, size, colour, composition, design placement and print options before ordering. Quality upgrades and additional print areas must appear in the price breakdown. Mockups illustrate placement; material, screen and printing differences may affect appearance. They do not excuse a materially different or defective product.
The final checkout displays the product price, applicable taxes, delivery charge and any other unavoidable charges before you commit. A seller who does not charge VAT must not describe the price as including deductible VAT. A draft, saved design or item in a basket is not an order or a stock reservation.
3. Payment and delivery
Payment is processed by the payment provider named at checkout. You should receive an order reference, seller details, an itemised total, the applicable terms and a delivery estimate in a form you can keep. A failed or pending payment is not proof of a paid order.
The seller remains your contractual contact for delivery. Obiitronics may perform production, dispatch, tracking and support for them. If a trader misses the agreed delivery date, the statutory remedies, including an additional reasonable delivery period where required and cancellation where applicable, remain available. For consumer sales by traders, shipping risk normally remains with the seller until delivery to you or your nominated recipient.
4. Changes cancellation and returns
Contact us promptly if you need to change an order. A change is effective only when confirmed, and production already performed may limit a voluntary change. This does not limit a legal withdrawal right.
For standard catalogue items, the proposed marketplace policy gives buyers 14 days from receipt to notify withdrawal and a further 14 days to send the item back. For trader sales this operates alongside the statutory right. A genuinely personalised item may be excluded where the legal exception applies and you were informed before purchase. A standard design printed after ordering is not automatically personalised.
Read the Returns and refunds page for the procedure, return costs and refund timing. Sending a notice is sufficient to exercise an applicable right; you do not need us to approve the reason first.
5. Faults and complaints
If an item is faulty, unsafe, incorrect or materially different from the agreed description, contact [support email to be confirmed] with your order reference and a description. Photos may help, but we will provide another reasonable way to explain the issue if needed. Stop using an item that appears unsafe.
For purchases from traders, statutory conformity rights apply for the period and remedies provided by law. A blanket short warranty period does not replace those rights. For all participating sellers, the proposed service promises to resolve verified production errors through an appropriate repair, replacement or refund. We do not charge a buyer for a justified defect return.
Do not report ordinary complaints through a chargeback as a substitute for support if we can resolve them, but your payment-provider and legal dispute rights remain available. A complaint does not authorise us to retain money beyond the applicable law or payment-provider rules.
